For as long as I can remember I nearly always had a pencil in hand drawing up the most interesting characters that a child could imagine, as I've always had a passion for drawing .

As I grew so did my art, my passion never wavered. I started to draw for friends and family which got my art noticed by various people. I often got told that I should do something with my art but I would always gracefully turn down the idea due to not wanting to lose my passion for drawing by turning it into a job where I'm required to draw, instead of just wanting to draw for the love of art and creating. I also couldn't put a price on my work as money is not, and never will be, the reason why I do art.

My fate changed in June 2022 thanks to a wonderful friend, Valeria, whom I met in an online game. I loved the character she designed in the game and her amazing personality. I wanted to draw her character as I’ve always been a sucker for character design, which she used to low-key blackmail / talk me into doing commissions for others. She saw my drawing potential and really wanted to bring it out and as fate would have it, one of the best ways to grow in this game is by doing art commissions for people so with that, Valeria’s consistency, and my want to draw her character I caved in and agreed.

I finally got to draw Valeria's character! (still one of my favorite drawings to this day) and I got a really heartwarming reaction from her, which was beyond words.

It didn't take long before I got another commission from someone which then led to more than I bargained for as from then on I had commissions coming in back to back. It was insane, but well worth it due to the shear amount of joy people got when receiving their commission. Every exchange left a lasting impression and I am honored that my work could make them smile. I just loved seeing them light up which in turn made the world seem all that bit brighter. From then on I knew it was my dream, passion and mission to be able to turn on as many lights as possible through my work and light the world with genuine smiles.

Unfortunately life came in and knocked me down hard casing me to put my dreams and commissions on hold but after making my way out of the darkness I have even more motivation to pursue my dream, passion and mission of lighting up the world with genuine smiles. I know every little light makes all the difference in this world that can be so cruel and if I can help a smile shine through, then it's all worth it.
